LP MAILING BOXES (12" 33RPM but can be used for 10"):
Our LP mailing boxes are made from 200LB test corrugated with 32LB ECT (edge crush test). They are made
12 1/2" by 12 1/2" to allow enough room for padding for 12" or 10" records. They are multi-depth with 2 fold lines to
allow for folding a 1/2" thick box or a 1" thick box. The boxes will hold 1 to 4 albums. All fold lines are
perforated to produce sharp straight edges.
LP CUSHION PADS (INSERTS):
To add extra protection in the mail: Our LP mailing insert pads are made from 200LB test B-flute.
They are made 12 3/8" by 12 3/8". Other LP pads are 12". We added the extra 3/8" to insure edge coverage for 12"
LP records. They fit nicely into our (and other's) 12 1/2" LP mailing boxes. Can be used for 10" records also.
