45 RPM MAILING BOXES:
Our record mailing boxes are made from 200LB test corrugated with 32LB ECT (edge crush test). They
are made 7 1/2" by 7 1/2" to allow enough room for padding for 45 RPM records. They are multi-depth with
2 fold lines to allow for folding a 1/2' thick box or a 1" box. The boxes will hold 1 to 10 records (depending
on padding). All fold lines are perforated to produce sharp straight edges.
7 1/4" CUSHION PADS (INSERTS):
To add extra protection in the mail: Our 45 RPM mailing insert pads are made from 200LB
test B-flute. They are made 7 1/4" by 7 1/4". Most 45 RPM pads are only 7". We added the extra
1/4" to insure edge coverage for 12" LP records. They fit nicely into our (and other's) 7 1/2" record mailing
boxes.
